Who We Are
Garden Academy is a school that serves individuals with Autism between the ages of 3-21 years of age.
What We Do
Our students who are 16 and older, participate in a program called the Structured Learning Experience Program. This program is similar to a typical unpaid internship opportunity for high school students and it allows our students to sample a variety of job skills in the community. The goal of this program is to allow our students the opportunity to gain job skills and become meaningful members of the society. What we do for the site is assist with completing usual tasks that are completed for the organization or the office and provide the site with opportunity to become involved with members of the community.
