Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC)

The Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC) established its Housing Resource Center in 1993. The center provides very low- low- and moderate-income families with the information they need to make informed and reasonable decisions to achieve their housing goals. We assist clients through one-on-one counseling and by providing a variety of group educational programs. CJHRC trained staff creates individualized housing plans for clients to help them with their goals. Our services are free to our clients. We are a HUD certified agency and there are no other agencies offering the same or similar programs to clients in this area.

Our mission is to be the leader in providing housing counseling information and referral services to meet the needs of very low - low - and moderate-income people looking for affordable housing. CJHRC will provide outreach programs and services that result in acceptance recognition and availability of quality affordable housing.
