Who We Are
This non-profit is run solely by volunteers. Money is raised from fund-raising events and donations from businesses and individuals to support the IES Brain Research Foundation Summer Student Fellowship program, to attract bright motivated young minds to the field of neuroscience and to support the next generation of scientists. The hope is the bright young scientists will add to the work of the senior scientists towards brain disease cures. We hope more volunteers will help us with our mission for brain health.
What We Do
Our mission is to hasten brain research that will lead to effective treatments & cures for serious brain diseases and conditions such as: brain cancer Parkinson's & Alzheimer's diseases, epilepsy, PTSD, stroke, addiction, pain, Traumatic Brain Injury (concussion etc) schizophrenia, depression, autism, etc.
