Description
Sussex County SWIM Inc. provides free water exercise sessions to adults who cannot exercise on land due to the effects of Parkinson's Disease MS ALS fibromyalgia joint replacement surgery polio stroke or other causes. Volunteers are needed to assist program participants with the sessions.
