Whether you have experience serving as an EOL Doula or are just starting out, we would love to hear from you. The EOL Doulas we are looking for must: Have an understanding of what it means to "hold space" (to be present physically, mentally, and emotionally) for patients and their loved ones Have excellent communication and listening skills Bring a comforting and peaceful presence to the bedside Be comfortable with death and the dying process Be compassionate and empatheticExperience with seniors and hospice care is preferred but not required.
