Who We Are
Middle Earth has been working with middle and high school children during their out-of-school time for over 40 years. Our caring staff builds trusting relationships with youth to help them make positive decisions, obtain marketable skills for employment, reach out through volunteerism, improve academics, learn respect for themselves and others, and connect with more services if needed. We strive to ensure that youth receive the support they deserve to be successful in life.
Middle Earth is a designated Promise Place and the only one in Somerset County. We provide youth with the Five Promises which include: caring adults, safe places, educational support, healthy alternatives, and community service opportunities that help them to give back to their communities.
What We Do
The mission of Middle Earth is to provide prevention, intervention and crisis services assisting youth to develop into responsible and productive members of the community.
