Who We Are

JBWS is committed to serve every identified victim of domestic violence in Morris County, as well as others by referral or when safety and confidentiality issues warrant our assistance.

More than 75 paid staff and 120 volunteers work together with the help of the community to fulfill the agency mission.

 

What We Do

The mission of JBWS is the prevention of domestic violence through the protection and empowerment of the victim, the rehabilitation of family members, the advocacy for social changes to prevent partner violence, and the education of the public about domestic violence and its consequences.  Domestic violence includes physical, emotional or sexual abuse as well as threats of the above.
