STEP BY STEP is a FREE educational seminar geared towards individuals or families who want to purchase their first home. We bring in expert speakers to cover the major topics of the home buying process. This is a certificate course and often required by lenders. Our program has been approved by every financial institution in NJ and it meets the Federal Home Loan Bank of NY requirements as well for their First Home Club Program. Clients are required to attend the full 4 hours and complete an anonymous evaluation in order to get a course certificate.
