Make a difference in your community and for ALICE families and be recognized for your service by United Way. If your school is interested in hosting Youth Service program, students will be able to share their time, talents and interests to have a positive impact.
To earn awards from United Way, students must complete a minimum of 120 hours over the course of a year, with at least 30 of those hours within projects that support ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) individuals and families in our community.
Below are projects designed for high school volunteers and are sponsored by either United Way or our partner organizations. For more information about the Youth In Services To ALICE project, please contact Lisa Galonardo at lisa.galonardo@unitedwaynnj.org.
Many thanks for your interest and participation!
