Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey is looking for volunteers in Somerset County to lead or assist with troops, pitch in at the community level, help with events and much more. Parents often get involved in Girl Scouting with their daughters, but Girl Scout volunteers come from all walks of life and backgrounds: college students, busy professionals, and young-at-heart retirees. If you only have an hour a month to volunteer or 3-4 hours a weeks, we have a volunteer position that is just right for you!
Free training is available. You can volunteer with either girls or adults as we have a variety of opportunities such as troop leader, events coordinator, treasurer, guest speaker, etc. If any of these sounds like something you would be interested in, please contact Fatima Latif at (908) 947-1716.
