Who We Are

Like stated previously, Theta Phi Alpha is an organization that was built in 1912. Our sole purpose is to help those in need, whether it is through volunteering our time, sending out supplies such as health or financial needs and give support to our community.

What We Do

Theta Phi Alpha is a Greek Organization that was founded in 1912. A few of our philanthropies are Camp Friendship which is a 2 week volunteer program at a summer camp in Mississippi for children from disadvantaged and low-income families. Our sisters of Theta Phi Alpha assist Camp Friendship with financial donations, supplies and as volunteers at the camp. Another one of our philanthropies is the House That Theta Phi Built which was established in 1993. Our goal is improving the plight of the homeless and allows the flexibility of selection suitable organizations to support, such as those providing aid to the homeless through shelters, home building, or neighborhood revitalization projects. Our final philanthropy is Glenmary Home Missioners where it serves the spiritual and material needs of those living in rural Appalachia, where we distribute food, clothing, and books to needy persons, and assist in providing medical care, job training and tutoring.
