Who We Are
Our care approach is patient-centered and involves an integrated program of therapies that address the total well-being of our patients. We design a course of treatment and therapy that best meets the needs of the resident. We welcome volunteers at Willow Creek. Our volunteers help with activities, outings, one-on-one visiting and more. Special Outings Residents at Willow Creek have many opportunities for outings and field trips in our wheelchair-accessible van. Our schedule includes movies, community,events, garden shows and more. Services include: Long-term care Short-term care Respite care and Hospice care.
